There are many forms of meditation and they are all effective. Unfortunately, barriers of entry still remain which keep people from practicing. My mission is to reduce those barriers which is why I created this step-by-step guide to building a simple, yet impactful personal practice.
Make any adjustments to your space to achieve maximum comfort (lighting, temperature, blanket, seating, etc).

Set your intention by reading the following statement -> My intention is to feel and acknowledge whatever is presented (be it thoughts, emotions, sensations, memories, etc.) so that I can process and let go. I know that whatever comes up is perfect, valuable, and 100% valid.
Close your eyes and take 10 rounds of slow, deep breathes, and allow your experience to unfold.
